TRIP TO   Wright-Patterson AFB  

     Mission :  SAT MAR 19,  2022  8am

We will be taking the bus and  DEPART  SATURDAY morning at 8:00 A.M. and travel to Wright Patterson AFB.

We will see the base,  eat box lunches there , depart at 5pm , have dinner somewhere, then return to church about 6-7pm

DRESS IN FULL CLASS A UNIFORM. (no jeans)  and MASK.

---- All persons must wear a mask at all times  ----on the bus and in the museum.

 

If more than 14 boys go we will need additional vehicles to help transport.

 

  Get credit for AVIATON merit badge req 4  (click badge for reqs)

 Carryon for the bus:

NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ALLOWED ON TRIP.   (gameboys, DVD players, phones)

NOTICE!!
Sheath, butterfly, and survival type knives, etc. are not allowed on
the reservation. IF brought, the Scoutmaster should hold them until the Scout returns home. 

All fuel (propane, white gas) must be checked in and held by an adult until it is needed. Only adult leaders should handle fuel.

We still have room on the bus if you want to go to the Wright-Patt Aviation Museum.
Get to walk thru a full size space shuttle, or an actual AIR FORCE ONE jumbo jet!
Ride on Virtual Reality motion rides (extra charge for these)
Lots of full size jets and space craft to see. Even a full size X-Wing for you rebel scum.

$20 for scout bus fair. BRING SIGNED PERMISSION SLIP

Meet at the church about 7:40am this Saturday (jan 29), Depart at 8am.
Dress in FULL CLASS A uniform, Scout pants, NO JEANS!
WEAR A MASK. You must have this on for the bus ride AND the museum tour.

Bring $ for lunch at the museum and dinner afterward.
We should return about 6ish. We will text out on REMIND when we know time.
