Some guys from the Coyote Patrol-Sam,Nick,Brian,Cam,and
myself-had a great time at the Red
River Gorge the weekend of Nov. 7. After we set up our tents, we
hiked to the top of Cloudsplitter.
The view was awesome! Then Brian and I cooked chili for dinner. I don't mean
to brag, but it was REALLY good. The next morning, Brian and I made
sausage patties and oatmeal for breakfast. Both of us earned 1st-class
Cooking! All of us earned 2nd-class Map and Compass. My father and Mr.
Pack were the adults on this mission. Everyone had a safe and memorable
time.
